About the show:
Benjamin Britten's 3-act comic chamber opera Albert Herring (with a libretto by Eric Crozier, adapted from Guy de Maupassant's short story Le Rosier de Madame Husson) is set around 1900 in the fictional East Suffolk market town of Loxford.
